Application Fees
BBC charges an application fee paid with the Application for Admission by those desiring to enroll in the college. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

When to Apply
BBC operates on a continuous enrollment system. This means any qualified applicant may enroll in courses and/or degree programs offered by BBC at any time during the twelve-month calendar year. The only stipulation is that the applicant must meet the established Academic and Financial Admission requirements. Since all programs and curricula are designed for guided independent study, students enjoy flexible scheduling to meet their individual needs.
